Welcome to our new children's library!

A dream has come true!  The new Children's Library opens for you to use in January, 2008!

Hours:  Open weekdays during office hours.  Open Sunday mornings, 8:30-12:15.   The library is self-serve.  If you have a question about library access, call 713-468-1973, Ext. 136 or 132.

Location:  C212 (upstairs in the C Building)

Are books available for check-out?  YES!

Books can be checked out for two weeks at a time.  Come see us!

BOOKS HELP MAKE DREAMS COME TRUE!

Bless your little one on his or her birthday!  Make a donation to the Children's Library at MDUMC and we will:

  • Put a bookplate in the book honoring your child.
  • Send the child a special bookmark announcing the gift.
  • Or, give you the bookmark ahead of time so you can present it to the child yourself.

 

Check Out Our Adolescent Section!

We've gone from almost none to hundreds of chapter books in a very short time period.  We got series books such as Animal Ark, Magic Tree House, Clue, etc.    Come check out the selection.
