Our Mission Statement is: To minister to individuals with special needs and their families or caregivers, to educate church members about the nature of various kinds of special needs and to effect change in attitudes, programs, communication and accessibility so that all will feel welcome at MDUMC.
The BUDDY PROGRAM - Volunteers assist children with special needs and their Sunday School teachers within the child's Sunday School class

People with special needs include those with developmental, physical and emotional challenges.
How Do I Get More Information or Schedule an Intake Session for My Child? It's easy! Simply contact our Director of Children's Ministries. Once your questions are answered, she will arrange to meet with you, probably along with one or more members of our Special Needs Ministry Team, to talk about your child's needs and to make a plan as to how best to minister to your family's particular situation.
